Make your booking:

The base price indicated is for 4 people/night* for the whole house (not rented by rooms).

To check the total price of your booking, please select the day of arrival, the day of departure and the number of people (adults and children) that will be staying.

Booking confirmation:

At the moment of formalising the booking, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is to be paid. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.

We recommend to pay the deposit (20% of the total amount) by credit card, this way the booking confirmation is instantaneous.

The rest of the amount will be paid when the keys are handed over.


30 days or more before arrival: 100% of the deposit will be returned.

Between 29 and 15 days before arrival: The deposit will be kept for a future stay.

Between 1 and 14 days before arrival: The amount of the reservation will be lost. However, and for justified reasons, the reimbursement of the amount delivered on account will be at the discretion of the owner.

Interruption of stay:

No refund or credit will be given in case of interruption of the stay in the accommodation.

Check in and check out:

The house will be available from 13:00 h. However, it is advisable to inform the owner in advance if the arrival is planned for later than 13:00 h.

On the day of departure, the house will be free before 17:00h; however, if guests wish to enter or leave the house at different times, they may do so by prior arrangement and provided that the house is not going to be occupied by another client.

Accommodation conditions:
  • Maximum capacity: The number of people occupying the ACCOMMODATION cannot exceed the capacity indicated in the reservation.
  • Pets ARE NOT ALLOWED. They are only allowed, in special cases, by agreement with the owner of the ACCOMODATION. If this rule is not respected, the client may be asked to leave without compensation.
  • The client receives the accommodation in optimal conditions of hygiene and order, and is responsible for its use and care.
  • The owner is not responsible for personal belongings left in the accommodation.
  • The minimum stay is 2 nights, except during the months of July and August when it will be 4 nights. Bookings for shorter stays will be cancelled. If you have any questions, please contact us.
