On the ground floor, the house has a living area with a fireplace with cast iron doors, sofas, armchairs, television, Wi-Fi and a stereo.

Next to that area, there is a dining room with a table for 8 guests.

On one side there is the kitchen-dining room (also for 8 guests), which has direct access to the courtyard, radiator heating, vitroceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric juicer, as well as all the necessary equipment to prepare any meal (espresso, coffee pots, bakery pots, etc.). It also has a wide variety of tableware (glassware, tableware, tablecloths, etc.).

Just in front of the kitchen and before leaving to courtyard we will also find a complete bathroom with shower and radiator heating.
