On the ground floor, the entrance, which is spacious and bright, gives access to a living-dining room with an antique fireplace. From here there is access to a hallway that leads to the kitchen, a bathroom and the patio.
The backyard, overlooking the mountain, is a privileged balcony overlooking the valley, which can be seen in all its amplitude and at the same time keeps the necessary intimacy. It has a swimming pool during the warm months of the year and a chill-out area for the cooler season. It also has outdoor furniture and hammocks where you can enjoy the sunset or breakfast while listening to your favourite music, as there is an outdoor sound system. In one wing of the house you will find the typical Valencian barbecue-paella grill, which is 3 metres long and allows you to cook up to 2 large paellas.
Finally, also on this floor, we have a double bedroom with two 1.20m beds and views of the patio from its window.
Going up the stairs to the first floor, we discover three bedrooms which are accessed from a large hallway. The two bedrooms with double beds are on this floor and both overlook the backyard and the mountain from their windows. Both have a complete interior bathroom.
The third bedroom, also on this floor, overlooks the street from its balcony, and has two 1m beds that can be joined together to form a single 2m*2m bed.
From the hallway on the first floor there is access to the attic, this is the largest room with more than 60 m2, sloping ceilings and excellent views of the valley. The attic also has a beautiful outdoor terrace from where we can contemplate the valley in all its splendour.
